Hi everyone, I’m pleased to report that as of today we have completed translations of all lines for TDA01! We are now moving into the editing and QC process, so please be patient a little longer, and expect a release soon!
In other news, a new free to play Muv-Luv Mobage game called Muv-Luv Alternative: Next Answer has been released for Mobile devices. You can access the link here through your handphone, and play the game online. If you have a browser that supports auto translation to English, you can get a machine translation of the various menus and text as well. You can also check out guide for the various cards and events at this Japanese site. While I’m not really into this sort of game, I wish everyone who enjoys it happy tapping~
In model kit news, we have new Kotobukiya kits announced during the Winter Wonderfest 2015. First up is the 1/144 Takemikazuchi 00R blue version, that comes with the iconic Railgun that was shown in Total Eclipse! This variant of equipment comes from a battle which occurred in TDA 03. You can read up more on the events which took place in the VN on the Wiki, but be warned of Spoilers! The Muv-Luv Unlimited: The Day After 1/144 Takemikazuchi Type-00R 16th Guard Battalion Commander Unit Plastic Model is planned for release late Jun 2015.
The next upcoming kit would be the Non-scale Schwarzesmarken – Mig-21 Balalaika as teased in previous updates, with a planned release of July 2015. However it’s not up for preorders yet, so expect delays in the release date.
Other than kits, we have two new magazines as well. First is the Muv-Luv Alternative Tactical Fighter Complete Book, which is a compilation of Hobby Japan model kit pages since Dec 2012. It was released in Feb 2015. Next up is the Muv-Luv Alternative Total Eclipse Memorial Art Book, releasing late March 2015. This book will be like previous Memorial books that were released in that it will contain concept art and design details of the Visual Novel and perhaps the animation. As there have been many other compilation books for the Total Eclipse anime over the past years, I expect the book to be more VN centric.

I’m completely new to attempting to play Japanese games on my mobile…and Chrome doesn’t seem to translate the game portions of Nest Answer.
Do you know of any applications I can get or settings I can change to get that machine translation you were talking about?
The untranslated parts are image files, so no they can’t be translated. However most of the frequently used options are text that can be translated, so just keep pressing buttons and figure out where they go.
So what is the mobile game about? I don’t have a smartphone, but I can do emulation. However I do not want to create an account (and have random accounts everywhere) or whatever it wanted me to do, just because I’m a bit curious.
Looking forward to TDA01!
The game is about another alternate world where everyone is still alive, and are fighting their way up north.
Speaking of Total Eclipse any plans to translate?

Thank you very much for the update! Good thing I just finished Chronicles Vol.1 yesterday.
Will you guys translate the side story which are not included in the Chronicles game such as Confession, Inheritance, and MuvLuv Radio? I think you could just translate Confession without the whole Kimi ga Ita Kisetsu game and it might take less time than translating a TDA episode.

As mentioned, if its ML, yes, eventually. I’m always looking for more translators to help so if you know any please grab/beg/shanghai them. For the TE radio that’s in a different format so I’ll probably leave it to someone else who can put together a nice video to do.
