Hi everybody! I’m very pleased to report that the official localization of the first half of the Muv-Luv trilogy experience is now live on steam! Thank you all for your support and encouragement over the months and years, it’s been a long wait but it’s worth it!

We did a release party live-stream for the launch, in which the localization team and the some special guests sat down to provide some commentary on the game. Hope you enjoy the stream!

To our new readers, the reading order for this VN is Extra first, followed by Unlimited, which should be followed for maximum reading pleasure.

Welcome back everyone! Before we begin, I wanted to give a huge Thank You! to everyone who backed the Kickstarter! Thanks to you all, we hit the base goal of 250k in 5.5 hours, surpassing the 8 hours of KS death! And even now as I post this we have already hit 650k in 21 days! Congratulations everyone, you made this dream come true!

And now on to our exciting release of the Alternative Radio Global Podcast #1, containing an information packed interview with Mitch and Jason from Degica!

In this interview, we ask several questions pertaining to the inner workings of the Kickstarter, updates on the current goodies on the KS, and what comes next now that the last stretch goal is before us.

It’s time people! The most important milestone for the Muv-Luv English speaking fan-base is now live! The Kickstarter is up, and it’s up to YOU to do your part!

The KS starts on 24 Sep, and ends on the 03 Nov 2015. <!–more–>

As you know, Alternative Projects has always been a free fan-translation group, as our goal has been to promote and maintain interest in the franchise. Therefore, I and the team would like to ask all of you who have been supporting us to help make this Kickstarter a success! Once this KS is successful, we can expect to see much more of the franchise, media and goods become available in the official international language, which makes this event an important turning point for the franchise.

I cannot stress how important it is that you and us, the community, the fan-base, help make this KS take off. I hope those of you who are able to help contribute to this undertaking do so, and those who are not, please help to spread the word, to people who like VNs, Sci-fi, Military fiction, Anime, Manga, anyone whom you think will be interested. Be more than an on-looker, be a part of this with us!

ARG Podcast #2 – Interview with Degica + winners for the giveaway

Hi folks, Alternative Projects + Aalt presents: ARG Test Cast #T02 – Sitting down with Degica.

This week, it is my great pleasure to welcome Jason and Mitch from Degica in our #2 Podcast!

KimiNozo Guy contacted them a few weeks ago and they were extremely enthusiastic about joining us in our cast to share some good news about what we can expect in the localisation.

In this cast,  we will cover several questions about Degica’s background and achievements, how they got to start the Muv-Luv kickstarter project with Ixtl, and also, Mitch and Jason will answer some of the questions going around the community regarding the localization itself, providing what information they can. This podcast has been vetted by Ixtl as well, thus the delay in the release.

I’m also pleased to include the winners of the Giveway Degica ran at their site in this podcast, and there’s a new contest being launched as well, so keep listening to the very end!
